The Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) is set to release their final decision on a regional transmission planning and cost allocation final rule on May 13. In this PowerCast, Carrie Zalewski, ACP’s VP of Transmission & Markets; Gabe Tabak, Senior Council; and an ACP Member (TBA) will discuss the content of the rule-making, how the rule will be implemented, why this ruling is significant, and areas where this ruling may need improvement or elaboration.
